Who We Are
Alanda Estates is the latest division of Alanda Homes in Spain. Alanda Homes began operations on the Iberian Peninsula over 20 years ago, with a long history of success behind us Alanda Homes has moved with the cycles of holiday ownership to home ownership abroad. Alanda Homes is part of the Alanda Group, who’s parent company is Mc Inerney Holdings PLC, listed on both the Dublin and London Stock exchange. Mc Inerney’s began constructing homes in Ireland almost 100 years ago and is notably one of Irelands most successful businesses. Currently Mc Inerney’s constructs over 1000 new homes per annum in Ireland. Mc Inerney’s have now expanded in the UK market with great success, and cover the following areas, North, North West and East, Yorkshire, West Midlands and South Midlands England. Mc Inerney Homes UK currently have 55 developments under construction.
