Breaking away from all the usual norms of typical Mediterranean architecture, Marcos Sainz, created the theme of “The Art Of Architecture” when designing Alanda Flamingos a luxury apartment development, using a concept which has never been seen on the Costa and which draws inspiration by paying attention to detail and the use of natural materials within the property. Considered contemporary in its style Alanda Homes are slow to use the word modern to describe their project as the style of the property leans to a more contemporary feel than modern. Alanda Flamingos is designed so that the materials used will not “date” in terms of style as quickly as an “ultra” modern project would. The freedom brought by this means that the client can decorate the property as they wish without having to commit to a minimalist modern look.

Alanda Homes feels that their responsibility to the client does not end with the handing over the unit to the client and therefore created a special After Sales department which has a team of five people working with him covering all areas such as Legal, Contractual, Snagging and Cleaning/ Maintenance. The majority of developers on the Costa del Sol do not focus on After Sales, where as we make it a priority. We place extra emphasis on Snagging, and employ a dedicated Snagging Person who inspects the properties once the constructor has completed. We also believe in maintenance and we enjoy the fact that we have a general maintenance team who will help new clients iron out minor issues within their apartment, rather than having to wait for the contractor to return to correct the issues.
