About Finca Cortesin
Finca El Cortesín is set to be one of the most prestigious locations on the Costa del Sol, the Finca (which means country estate) is set over 200 hectors of land. Currently being developed by Singlehome who invited Alanda Homes to tender of one of the few pieces of land set aside for the creation of apartments within the mainly villas and individual homes project.
Finca El Cortesín will comprise of an 18 hole Cabel Robinson designed golf course and a Jack Nicklaus managed golf academy, the 5 star Hotel and Spa will be managed by the Stein Group and this is due to open in late 2008, the shopping area, which is now functioning is located on the outskirts of the development and was designed by César Leyva, it is similar to the Marbella Club Hotel in design. There is also an area set aside for private residencies will be designed by Ignacio Sierra and Roger Torras, finally Singlehome will manage the sale and development of the individual chalets located on Finca El Cortesín.
