Alanda Tee5 was completed in construction in October 2005; this development consists of just 55 units. Tee5, which over looks the fifth tee on the Los Flamingos Golf Course is a spectacular fusion of contemporary, Mediterranean architecture, with Moorish influences. With ten units per block divided out over six blocks, the use of space on this development has been well thought through, the parcel of land is 11,500m2, small in comparison to other Alanda Developments, regardless of this Alanda have constructed Tee5 in such a manner that each apartment retains as much privacy as possible.
